On Saturday, a group of Taylor Swift fans got together on a delayed flight from Denver to Salt Lake City to perform a small concert as they waiting on the airport. The decision was made to continue the music when one of the flight attendants saw that a young passenger had just left Swift’s concert and was distressed, according to the Associated Press. Over 1.9 million people have seen a video of the incident that went viral on TikTok.
“We noticed a young girl who looked quite upset, and found out she’d just come from the Taylor Swift concert,” the flight attendant reportedly said. “So, we asked her what the opening song was and decided to play some of Swift’s hits.”
Using their phone flashlights to light up the cabin and singing along to some of Swift’s famous songs, the passengers created a friendlier atmosphere that made it clear how many Swifties were traveling with them.
Passengers raised their hands from their seats and smiled along with the song, “Love Story,” a Swift fan favorite.
Some fans commented on wanting to be on the airplane after viewing the video of the flight that was uploaded to TikTok.
“I WANNA BE ON THAT PLANE,” one user commented.
“Love everything about this! ❤️” another person wrote. “This is epic,” one TikTok user added.
After the impromptu concert, according to the flight attendant, the upset little girl and the rest of the passengers looked to be in a better mood.

According to the person who made the TikTok video, some of the passengers exchanged friendship bracelets, which is now a frequent practice among Swift fans at her performances. “I traded with some people around me,” they wrote when asked about friendship bracelets on the plane.
Swift, 33, just made Billboard chart history with the release of Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), her most recent album. She now has 12 No. 1 albums, which is a record for a female performer. With 11 No. 1 albums in her career, Barbra Streisand was surpassed by Swift.
Taylor Swift made history by being the first female artist to simultaneously have four albums in the Billboard Top 10. Midnights, Lover, and Folklore respectively held the fifth, seventh, and tenth spots, with Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) taking the top number.
