Salma Hayek posted a seductive exercise video in which she thanked her 25 million Instagram followers and flaunted her figure in a bikini.
The 56-year-old actress, well known for her part in “Frida,” expressed thanks to her dedicated fans for their continuous “love & support.”
The video was released just two days after Salma published one of the most amazing photographs in the history of the made-up holiday’s National Bikini Day. We now have the picture shoot video, which is worth viewing at least 10–20 times. Don’t forget to save this one.

The “House of Gucci” star dives into an indoor pool at the start of the film, exposing her big chest while wearing a little triangle bikini top. She then engaged in water aerobics, splashing around with enthusiasm.

The Oscar nominee’s crunches on the stairs and side leg kicks were shown in footage that were shown as the workout continued. Hayek finished the workout by dancing, which is her preferred cardio exercise. Throughout the entire video, the song “Radio” by Lana Del Rey could be heard in the background.
Fans flooded the comment with praise, with one commenter saying, “She is aging like fine wine!”

Even while Hayek constantly receives compliments on how young she still looks, she is very candid about it. She embraces aging naturally by boldly sharing images of herself that show her graying hair and wrinkles.
